ABOUT ME

My singing career, which spans 25 years, is very chameleonic. Over the years I have performed everywhere from churches and cathedrals, theatres and opera houses, limestone caves, farms and vineyards, fringe festivals and smoky saloons the world over.

As a teenager I was a member of The Australian Youth Choir where I was awarded a scholarship for musicality. I also selected to participate in a European tour and performed on some of the most renowned stages in Vienna, Paris and London.

I then commenced studying the bel canto method under some of Sydney’s most renowned teachers. Years of classical and operatic training led me to perform with various opera companies in Sydney.

A chance opportunity saw me “cross over” to the world of musical theatre and for over a decade I trod the boards and was lucky to play some of musical theatres most loved leading ladies.

After years of musical theatre, I flew to the dark side of the moon and performed in the cabaret Noir Revue at various fringe festivals across Australia. Torch singing, jazz standards and reinventing and twisting modern classics became my passion for a while and saw me serenade people in theatres and bars the world over. I have been contracted to sing at bars, corporate events and private functions ever since.

From my early childhood, I have sung at Catholic Masses (my uncle was a priest). As a teenager I became a cantor at my local parish- Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, Randwick. I still regularly cantor for Sunday Masses as well as singing at weddings and funerals across Australia.

My repertoire is as vast as my performance biography ensuring that no matter the occasion I will have the perfect piece of music for you (or be able to learn it in a snap).
